I recently visited this Welkin & Meraki location and was thoroughly impressed by the facilities and services offered. The space is classy, clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities to support a productive work environment. The office rooms are spacious, well-lit with warm light and equipped with high-speed internet, it's ideal for meetings, presentations and other professional activities.

The coworking area is also well-designed and provides a comfortable atmosphere for solo workers and teams. There is great coffee and tea. A cosy lounge area, perfect for taking a break or networking with others. The staff are friendly and always available to assist with any queries or requests, making the overall experience seamless and stress-free.

I would highly recommend this premium office and coworking space for anyone looking for a professional and convenient working environment. With its top-notch facilities, supportive staff and comfortable atmosphere, it's the perfect place to get work done and make new connections.

As a client for several years, I appreciate their global services for being "to the point".

By far- the best option for companies in need to have an efficient and flexible office solution. The contemporary design and the stylish interiors make this space extremely warm and cozy, but its key asset is the outstanding support provided by the staff.

Excellent place to work or co-work. Clean, lighting that's comfortable on the eyes and great spaces to meet, work and hang. Hosts are exceptionally helpful. Coffee is great and the restaurant offers great food at affordable prices.

Je travaille dans ces locaux depuis presque deux ans et je confirme que le cadre est exceptionnel.

Les bureaux sont très modernes, bien équipés, très classes et le restaurant mériterait des étoiles de par sa gastronomie.

De plus, le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins pour nous et est toujours très chaleureux / sympatique. Ils organisent de nombreux évènements Afterwork et cela est très plaisant d'y participer juste après le travail, en prenant juste l'ascenseur.

Enfin, la localisation est parfaite (juste à côté du métro, à côté de quelques restaurants) et non loin du centre de Bruxelles.

Je recommande à 200%.

Since the building is our Getronics BE headquarters, I have frequently been able enjoy the friendly and professional services delivered by the W&M / Flexas staff. Nice and spacious, well-lit surroundings in the middle of Brussels. The meetings rooms on the first floor are very well designed and equipped. The lounge area on the ground floor gives way to the cosy dining area. A diverse menu of different flavours and recipes can be ordered and consumed on a daily basis. Throughout the year the restaurant also delivers a lot of holiday spirit with a customized menu (Easter, Halloween, Christmas, etc.). Thank you for your continuous service with a smile.

Well thought out working spaces, nicely designed and well kept. co-working daily desks available, good business services, event and meeting floor is well equipped. The restaurant is delicious and varied and the building staff is very friendly, always ready to help and adapt to requests. Have been here for years and can only recommend!

They also have meeting rooms which can be provided with a catering service from their own restaurant which is located their lobby.

Best working space I have ever had since living in Belgium. Extraordinary staff able to ensure a welcoming and top-level environment, together with a smile. The offices are well-designed, meeting rooms can accomodate diverse needs and the facilities are well thought to contribute to a better work-life balance (fitness center, cafeteria, restaurant, outdoor space, relax corners etc.). Last but not least, the location is just great, a few meters from one of the main metro stations. 5 stars all the way.

From the moment you arrive into the building to the moment you leave, you are always greeted by a smile, a friendly face and staff that knows you by name and is ever helpful.
As an expat and frequent traveler, I have worked in many co-working spaces, but working here feels the most familiar. Like working from home, but in a more high class setting.

As a scale-up, we strive for an image that is prestigious, but down-to-earth at the same time, professional but casual. We were therefore very happy to move into this co-working space as it embodies all of these principles.

From the luxury offices & meeting rooms finished with alternative sustainable materials and lighting that is comfortable to the eyes, to the lounges with modern-style comfy couches, seats and pillows, the building just screams luxury & detail in the 21st century.

The restaurant & bar downstairs also serves exquisite fine-dining options, which is convenient and great for hosting business lunches. They also serve a complementary breakfast and snacks.

The best part of it all remains the staff which has been extremely helpful to us and has really transformed the co-working space with all its different companies & inhabitants into a vibrant family-like community.
