Vriendelijk ontvangen, echter het pand oogt aan de buitenkant niet heel erg aantrekkelijk.
Binnen is het rommelig, door de glazen wanden valt het erg op wat de verschillende ondernemers doen en vooral wat ze niet doen (opruimen) ook in de centrale hal staat veel troep en alles ziet er onafgewerkt uit. De ligging ten opzichte van openbaar vervoer is goed en ook vanaf de snelweg is het makkelijk te vinden. De parkeergelegenheden zijn gratis maar schaars.
