Leuke begane grond met bedrijfsrestaurant. Meedenkende eigenaar. Enige minpuntje: niet de interactie met andere bedrijven die je in andere gebouwen misschien wel vind.
Het pand biedt veel indelingsmogelijkheden en extra faciliteiten voor ons als huurder.
Leuke bezichtiging, goede uitstraling van het pand en flexibele mogelijkheden.
Goede ligging maar wat ouder pand. Nadeel is dat het niet standaard gemeubileerd wordt opgeleverd. Wel hele goede ligging.
