Movares secures a new spacious office space in Amsterdam West
Movares, the renowned engineering firm, has embarked on a journey to find a new office space that aligns with their evolving needs and sustainability goals. With the guidance of Flexas.com, the company successfully secured a spacious 1985 sqm office space at Nachtwachtlaan 20, in Amsterdam West.

Movares envisioned a space that could accommodate their expanding team. “We are currently incorporating a number of different companies,” explains Robert Claasen, CEO of Movares, “we were looking for new office space in Amsterdam, to get the different companies together in one space.” With a strong preference for sustainable property, ample parking, and proximity to public transport, Movares embarked on a quest to find the perfect space that would meet their practical requirements and values.

In their pursuit for a new office space, Movares partnered with several office space brokers from Flexas.com. Together, they scoured various locations until they found the ideal match: a spacious 1,985 sqm office space located at Nachtwachtlaan 20 in Amsterdam West, owned by Orion Investment Partners BV.

“We were looking for something close to a railway station, for two reasons” adds Robert Claasen, “First of all, we are a company that designs railways, but secondly, we also want to ensure that our employees can easily access the office by public transport. Accessibility was an important criterion for us, and of course, it's a very inspiring environment for people to work in.”
With 65 workstations and room for further growth, as well as 30-35 parking spaces equipped with EV charging facilities, and only 10-minute walk from Amsterdam Lelylaan train station, this new location ticks all the boxes for Movares.
