When you search for an office on Flexas.com, you'll see a monthly price listed for each option. This price is based on the size of your team and takes into account a variety of factors, including market data and our own algorithm. 

We use this information to calculate the best price for each office, ensuring that it is very close to the actual price you'll pay. However, it's important to note that this price is not a guarantee. It is simply an indication of the expected cost, and the final price may vary based on various factors such as the length of your lease and any additional services you require. 

Despite this, we are committed to providing transparent and accurate pricing information on our website. This is something that not all office space websites do, and we believe it is a crucial part of the process for finding the perfect office space. 

Service Level feature

Additionally, you'll notice that some offices have a higher price than others, even if they are the same size. This is because we also list the service level for each office. Offices with a higher service level come with more amenities and support, such as internet and utilities, included in the price. Those with a lower service level may require you to arrange these things yourself, leading to a lower price overall. 

There are 3 service levels in our new feature.

Service level 1 - Empty space

Conventional office space where you, the tenant, are responsible for the layout of the space and everything within the leased property. The space is delivered as shell.

Service level 2 - Turn Key

Move-in ready office space where you, the tenant, are responsible for within the rented space. The tenant is in charge of the furniture, cleaning and internet. The space is as good as finished.

Service level 3 - Full-service

Fully furnished and facilitated office space. Within the rented space, everything is taken care of. In addition to furniture, the price includes cleaning, internet and telephony.

You can use our “Office type” filter to show the different office spaces per service level.
