This is a great space to work in. It's the most coveted office in the Rotterdam Science Tower (as the peers on the other floors have told us!), located on the ground floor with easy access. It comes with its own kitchen and hang-out area, plus direct access to the tower canteen. The location is convenient to reach with public transport, driving, and also for receiving truck deliveries, as it is close to the entrance. The office itself is bright and open, with plenty of natural light. People who visit always comment on how nice the true open layout is with the full window walls, while there are enough meeting rooms for privacy when needed. The sturdy flooring also allows placing heavier objects, and we've used part of the space as a showroom. I highly recommend considering this office.

It is pity to rent this office out, such a great place to work with all amenities.

Furthermore, easy access to catering in the tower restaurant, to cooperation with other companies, to Erasmus Science Tower events like drinks, lectures, festivities.
