Part of the HS Kwartier area development and right next to the Dutch railway line is the existing mixed-use building 'HS Kwartier Globe'. This former dispatch centre of PTT Post was built in 1984. In the period from 2001 to 2004, the building was completely redeveloped by TCN. The building has a total lettable floor area of approximately 24,000sqm, consisting of a mix of loft offices with exciting heights and voids and standard offices.

Currently, various units are leased to Digidentity, Geophy, Fit For Free, Postillion and many others. From 2021 onwards, Club Atelier will move in, located directly at the entrance to the building. A place where work, meetings, sports & leisure, parties and drinks come together. All in all, HS Kwartier Globe can facilitate from 1 workstation to more than 100 workstations, with many facilities in and around the building.

HS Kwartier Globe is located on Waldorpstraat, an important main road, located on the Laak side of NS station Hollands Spoor. Due to its central location in The Hague, the building is easily accessible. The recently opened new entrance hall of the station connects directly to the entrance of HS Kwartier Globe.

The building is easily accessible by private transport. The national highway network A12, A13 and A4 can be reached within five minutes via the Binckhorstlaan, Schenkviaduct or via the Rijswijkseweg. Parking is available at the Q-Park garage located 100 m away at the Laakhaven (opposite Waldorpstraat). It's possible to get a subscription for the parking garage. Due to its direct location at the Hollands Spoor railway station, the office is easily accessible by public transport.
