Maanlander 47 is goed bereikbare locatie voor klanten (voor mij woon-werkverkeer 10km = ver), gebouw heeft binnen mooie uitstraling met mooi concept en prima servicepakket en leuke ontmoetingsplek voor andere ondernemers. De losse kamers zijn relatief klein en gaan uit van 3 werkplekken (voorkeur = combi van ondernemers samen. Voor mijn beroep advocaat onwerkbaar. Heb eigen afgesloten kamer nodig. Ook voor 2 advocaten zijn de kamers te klein. Sam op 1 kamer werkt niet op die oppervlakte. prijs rekent ook met die 3 werkplekken op een kamer en is dan relatief duur voor de oppervlakte. bovendien zijn parkeerkosten eigen plek hoog op Maanlander.
Door de relaxte sfeer en moderne uitstraling en perfecte omgeving om te werken. Een echte aanrader voor startende ondernemers.
Goede sfeer! Doen er veel aan om huurders met elkaar in contact te laten komen. Fijne werkplek lijkt mij.
